Scare

Scare is cypher tool that doesn't allow communication, but allow perfect securisation of your data, it'll give you two files, of equal size, and they'll be both cypher, one will be the cyphered file, the other one will be the key

This kind of cyphering doesn't need a key to cypher because it'll generate it for you, you have no choice, it's how the algorithm is, but don't be afraid, it use a random method to cypher/generate key so it'll be secure enough

Then, to discypher, you just have to give Scare the cypher and the key file

To use it, very easy, drop a clear file on scare.exe to make it cypher the clear file and generate a key

To dischyper, just drop the cypher and key file on scrare.exe and it'll discypher and generate the original clear file
