Cavavim

Cavavim is a very useful tool to create a virtual folder/disc

You just have to drag'n'drop a directory on cavavim.exe, and it'll create the exact copy of your tree structure but every files are empty, like that, you have a perfect copy of your folder/disc but, using no space on your hard drive

An example of use, imagine that you have 5000 MP3, and a friend of yours want to see interesting MP3 you have, giving him a flat list with 5000 names will be horrible for him to read, and you can't just create an excel list for him neither... cavavim will create a perfect hierarchy of your MP3 directory, and then, you'll be able to zip the "empty" virtual file structure, and sending it via the net, like that, your friend will be able to see very easily your MP3, just like he were on your computer

Another example, imagine that you have many MP3 CDs, you don't want to keep each one on your hard drive, you have probably burned them, now imagine you want to retrieve a MP3 burned, will you look into every CDs you have ? I think it's easier to create a virtual CD when you burn one, like that, you can keep your directory, every files are empty so it's very light for your hard drive, and then if you want a MP3, you can search it like a normal file, like that, it'll indicate you directly which CD to pick
